Earn a Degree
Earn your undergraduate or graduate degree online with Iowa Wesleyan University. IW Online currently has undergraduate degree programs in five disciplines and graduate degree programs in two disciplines. With frequent start dates and a generous transfer policy, you can get started working toward your degree right away. We will provide you with an Online Enrollment Advisor to help you understand how your credits will transfer and coach you on the path to graduation
Dual Enrollment
Dual enrollment courses allow qualified high school students the opportunity to take college courses. Eligible high school students who enroll in Iowa Wesleyan courses will receive dual college and high school credit. College credit may be applied toward a degree at Iowa Wesleyan or transferred to most colleges or universities.
Take a Class
If you are registered for a degree program at another accredited institution but would like to take an IW Online class you may enroll as a guest student (non-IW students taking IW courses) during any term as determined by course offerings. In order to enroll you must:
- Send an email to online@iw.edu stating you would like to take an online class as a guest student. Include your name, your institution, the course code/name and when the class is offered.
- Fill out the IW Online undergraduate application.
- Obtain a letter of good standing from an administrative official at your institution. The letter of good standing must be sent directly to IW Online by an administrator at your institution via email or mail.
Sign and return the IW Online Guest Student Form.
